- (since V2-4-10) Get Famous reputation integration: If you perform spells in public, you may lose reputation (dark spells) or gain reputation (light spells). This seemed important to me to do, given the emphasis on light/dark as part of the mod. (since V2-4-7) Trait is now obtained through new object 'Suspicious Lump of Clay'.
- This mod is so cool, I use it all the time Anyways, I noticed recently that it didn't really work anymore with one of the recent updates, sims can't seem to get pregnant from the grim reaper, and the action to try for baby also gets canceled a lot. I also noticed that it got rid of the try for baby for teen sims from mccc.
Mods allow players to add nearly anything they want to The Sims 4—and this includes stuff that could be considered to be on the more on the taboo side of things.
Under normal circumstances, you can only pursue certain types of relationships with certain people. If a sim is related to another sim, they can't romance each other—and they definitely can't marry each other, for example. Another rule: teens can't become pregnant. But just because the game is designed a certain way doesn't mean players don't want to toy with certain simulations anyway, regardless of how socially acceptable they'd be in real life.

The thing that's the most curious to me about this is that while previous mods allowed nearly anyone to become pregnant, teen pregnancy was specifically left out. But now there is a mod specifically for teen pregnancy—as if to say, people who want this feature need to make the deliberate choice. It makes sense in a way—people will have varying levels of comfort around the idea, even if teen pregnancy is a thing in real life—but it's still sort of weird to think about. If nothing else, it's fascinating to see the ways in which players will subvert the game's original design.

While mods such as these were common in previous Sims games, they're only now starting to surface for The Sims 4. Previously, things such as incest were indeed possible in The Sims 4...but only if the game glitched out (and even then, the 'feature' seemed to make people upset or grossed them out—which tells me that these new mods certainly won't be for everyone).

I suspect this is but the tip of the iceberg, when it comes to modding The Sims 4. Attractiveness is the pure attraction to Sim outside appearance. Every detail matters, from the clothing type and style, the colors, accessories, hair, eyes, including body shape, and even voice.
Everybody is attractive and unattractive in their own way, seen through the eyes of others. But appearance can be altered to fit the needs of your chosen one.
Refined Taste
Everyone has some sort of style, if you like it or not, the way you look defines your attractive attributes. Any visual elements that Sims represent themselves with are taken into account when measuring how attractive they are. Any distinct element of a Sim is quantified, including Custom Content, and compared with preferences of others.
Everyone has their preferences. Maybe you like long hair, or the color green, or fancy dresses, or maybe you dislike glasses or hate facial hair. Whatever you like or dislike is important in finding the match of your dreams. All of your Sims’ preferences are compared with others, and if someone posses everything you desire, that makes a perfect match for a partner.
But opinions change, and so do preferences. At any point, any Sim, or group of Sims, can get their preferences adjusted. Anything can be liked, dislike, or simply ignored - to fit what seems to be correct with Sims personality.
In most cases, figuring out what fits isn’t necessary. Any Sim with a romantic partner will automatically adjust to be attracted to them. Sims with still alive parents will learn from their style and know its value. Others will try to fit with what is the most popular or just like whatever they are already into. And obviously, you can decide what is better and regenerate preferences based on one of these rules.
Unique World
Every world is different, populated with varied looking Sims, and many opportunities to find a match. If your game has mostly similar looking Sims, that will establish a very strong common style, making Sims that stand out that much more unique. But if your game is filled with very distinct looking Sims, standing out isn’t enough to get noticed.
Each and every attractive attribute has its value. If everybody has long beautiful hair, then there isn’t much value in having long beautiful hair. That creates a great opportunity for any Sim that is bald, making being bald so much more rare. Having rare style means that you stand out, and if someone likes your bald Sim then they will be so much more special for them.
Sims can enhance their appearance by using the 'Unique Appearance' Reward Trait which boosts the value of preferences that Sims like about them. Everything what a Sim represents with themselves will be worth more as long as others like that Sim appearance.
Storytelling
When spending time at a public venue or at a house party, you get an occasion to look at other Sims. Maybe you will notice someone new at the other side of the bar, or walk right by them - a particularly attractive individual. It’s pretty rare, but when someone so extremely attractive shows up, you will remember them. Or take action on the spot.
Still, a missed opportunity to interact is nothing to cry about. Sims will remember every hottie they encountered and think or dream about them. It’s easy to idealize someone through daydreaming, so getting to meet them again makes it that much more special as if they got even more attractive in your eyes.
Don’t ignore the desires of your Sim. You don’t meet someone that fits your type so perfectly every day. Let the heart speak.

Magnetic Relationships
While looking around for someone to socialize with, it’s easy for your eyes to lock on the most attractive face. Sims are encouraged to interact with anyone they found the most alluring. It’s not a rule, and with how random Sims can behave, it’s not even so obvious... but they try.
And when they get to socializing, being attractive makes it so much easier. Your every word creates an aura of romance, and your jokes seem to be a little bit funnier. Building a relationship becomes a lot simpler, although it’s the opposite if you’re seen as unattractive. Being seen as ugly in someone’s eyes isn’t the end of the world, you still have a chance if you try hard enough.
Perfect Partner
It's easy to learn what Sims are into, as long as they want to talk to you... but if they don't, you can try asking their friend for advice.
Any Sim can ask anybody else for their attractiveness preferences, as long as you don’t make it sound too awkward. If you succeed, you will get an attractiveness hint that will give you an idea of how you could adjust your looks. Sims will always tell you what they like that your Sim doesn't already possess, and will make sure to warn you about anything they dislike so you avoid it.
If making things awkward is your specialty, the alternative is to ask others for help. Look for someone that is a friend of your desired Sim and try asking them. You might not learn as much personalized information specifically for your Sim, but it’s a good starting point.
But, if adjusting to someone’s liking isn’t your thing, look around, you might just find someone who fits your preferences instead.
When entering a room with a bunch of Sims, it can be difficult to figure out who is attractive and who isn't. By “Scoping the Surroundings” you will immediately determine which Sims are worth talking to when you're looking for a partner, or for a fun night.
All scoped Sims that are considered attractive are Sims which are above the average level of attractiveness based on the perspective of your Sim. They will be temporarily marked with a pulsating heart above their head to indicate it. A few Sims might be far below the average level of attractiveness which will mark them with black hearts.
